The postwar version of the Manx with the "Garden Gate" rear suspension (no I don’t know why it’s called that – maybe one of you experts can tell us).
At this time, the Manx became less competitive against the Gilera 4 but had a new lease on life with the famous featherbed frame which you can see on the 1951 Manx.
